A monument to Confederate veterans that has been moved 2 times within LaGrange, TN.

This monument was unveiled on 30 October 1902 and was moved 2 times over the years. The inscription reads:
Erected by the United Daughters of the Confederacy to the memory of our Confederate soldiers,
Those who fought and died
and those who fought and lived.
Lower on the pedestal it reads:
Our Confederate Dead
In our hearts they perish not
On the back of the pedestal it reads:
"Lest we forget"
On the right side of the pedestal is a very weathered Confederate flag.
The web site lists 1910 as the date of the statue but the date on the plaque at the base of the statue reads "Unveiled October 30 1902". The 1904 postcard linked to the site, has the Confederate flag on the front of the statue while the inscriptions are in front now. I believe the postcard was altered for some reason.
