Per the Appalachian Quilt Trail (visit link) , Jubilee Art Gallery offers local art, handmade jewelry, quilts and other crafts. They also have a cafe for lunch. Address is 573 Carters Valley Loop, Rogersville, TN? which can be seen from Highway 11W.
Your Visit:
Stopped by, but before opening time for the gallery. Best location to view the quilt block is back on Highway 11W to get a straight on look.
