The Hibernian An Gorta Mor Memorial is located on the grounds of St. Joseph's Shrine in the Irish Hills district of Lenewee County, Michigan.

Sponsored by The Ancient Order of Hibernians, St. Patrick's Division #1 , Adrian, MI, the MI State Board, AOH, the Ladies AOH of MI,
the West New York Irish Famine Memorial Committee, and a lot of other groups and individuals.

The lintel or stone going across the top, was a step from Penrose Quay, Cork Harbor where many got on the ships for America during the Potato Famine.
