This monster of monument by sculptor Zurab Tseriteli is located on an island in Moscow River. It caused a lot of controversy when installed and scored at 10th place in the ugliest building in the world list at virtualtourist.com.
There is some construction going on at the island right now, I didn't find an access path to the monument, so I projected the coordinates and took pictures from the river bank.
