After some speculation that there wouldn't be a festival this year (2009) it will go ahead on 14th-16th August 2009. It is an annual event with a multitude of balloons with fantastic colours and will be held at Billing Aquadrome.
It is a three day festival with up to six balloon launches and with free admission. There are parking facilities and park and ride schemes nearby.
