NGS Datasheet for KN0279 lists it as Destroyed, per a 1964 USGS report.
However, the benchmark is currently in place, in good condition, on the Far West Bank (building that formerly housed the Bank of Ephraim) at 2 N Main St, Ephraim, Utah 84627 (the NE quadrant of the intersection of Main St and Center St), affixed in the brick on the west wall of the building, left of the entrance door, about 2 feet above the current sidewalk (the original description says "4 feet above ground").
