Long Description:
This bell used to ring from the Cumberland Portland Cement Company's locomotive. Now it stands in a small park in Cowan, TN. commemoratin the memories of Charles Hughes and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Caperton. It was placed by William "Buck" Caperton.
