Within the upper station of the Duquesne Incline Railway are two penny smasher machines. This waymark is for the machine on the right (facing the door), which imprints a cartoon design of the passenger car on the penny.
The upper station is on Grandview Avenue, perched on Washington Hill. You can either enter the building and turn left, or come up via the incline railway, then look for the machines in the lobby area near the gift shop area. The design shows one of the car happily traveling along the tracks.
