It was a good opportunity...there was a vehicle parked East of it's location so it provided "seclusion" from any onlookers; there's a sidewalk that heads into a wall and this is also South of the curb.

It's not very hard to locate so just go South along the wall that runs from the Southwest corner of Garden Grove & Lewis.
