On Langley Road, near the corner with Centre Street, is a bell that is set in a brick plaza somewhat hidden from the sidewalk to the road. The building it is next to is a stone structure that once was a church, but now is an office suite known as Langley Place.
At the top, the words, "Robinson and Co. Formerly WM Blake and Co. Boston Mass. 1888," wrap around the bell.
Below is the following:
"First Baptist Society, Sept. 12, 1888, Psalm 69:8. Bring an Offering and Come into His Courts."
The bell is separated from the sidewalk by a stone wall. The brick patio is easily accessible. The bell is at the west end of the patio, opposite from a door into the building.
The bell was passed by on Memorial Day. The name on the plaque below is "Joseph L. Boudreau," dedication on October 11, 1982.
