This A & W is located in the building with the Chevron gas station in the town of Winston, Oregon, just west of Roseburg on Route 42. A & W used to have a stand alone restaurant a little further west, with car hop service.

Any old memories or additional comments?: When A & W had its stand alone facility with car-hop service, it was a favorite family stop on our frequent trips along this route. Still, great for the root beer, but just not the same atmosphere.
