Seen parked at the Bell Buckle Volunteer Fire station. The well kept white pumper, likely had a 500 gallon capacity, thus useful for small situations. Probably normally stored inside the large station building when not out for show or parades.
From the city website: "The Fire Department was officially established in 1950 with James Elkins as Chief. A new truck was purchased and housed at Chief Elkin’s business until a fire hall could be built in 1953. This was the nucleus upon which the Bell Buckle Fire Department operated for several years. In 1986 another truck was obtained..." So this truck was the sole primary fire service for 36 years.
