 Description of Memorial: This is an etched granite memorial surrounded by the flags of the United States, the State of Oregon, and the POW-MIA flag. A brick wall extends from the side forming a partially enclosed area with several granite benches. There is also an area of donated bricks surrounding and inscription honoring military dogs. It is located on the corner of Spruce and Third St.
