?This statue is located right inside the outside entrance to an outdoor patio of a resturant in Atlanta. This dog was rescued from a shelter and was later used as a mascot for the campaign to raise funds for the Atlanta Humane Society. In 1988 this dog ran for President of the United States, unfortunately he did not win and history will record that perhaps he should have.
