Bell Buckle Recreational Park - Bell Buckle, TN - Municipal Parks and Plazas on Waymarking.com

Supported by a 1/2-cent sales tax increase in 1996, the groundwork was started in 2002. The park development was spurried on during 2005 by the tragedy involving two-year-old Ward Anderson (see News Article Location Waymark WM6EZH). The facility is still a work-in-progress, but is nice enough to start hosting town festivals.
