Could not validate my assumption. Link House is on a small "lake" with a dock - and the large blue metal boat. Inside the boat is a mass of rotting wood. Outside are ducks looking for a meal.

While the boat is not much to look at, the purpose of this waymark is to see if anyone can confirm whether this location was previously a seafood place?
