Stovall is a timy little town on US Route 15 about halfway between Oxford, NC and Clarksville, VA. Population is about 380.

This tank was built in 1973. The local water system was installed at the same time. An unusual looking tank. Reminds me of the tripod machines from "War of the Worlds."
