This stadium was completed in 1997, when the team moved from the State Fairgrounds to their present home. The team was originally named the Oklahoma 89'ers, after the imfamous 1889 land run. Today, the team is a farm team for the Texas Rangers.
I personally enjoyed a baseball game here in April 2009. The stadium appears like it was built just last year. The atmosphere is fun and delightful. The tickets are reasonably priced.
After the game, many nightclubs are surrounding the stadium to allow you to finish your night off as you please.
