A replicate capitol building appears to have been constructed in 1966. In September 1970, a group of six young men are listed as having built a rail fence for the location. The fence likely went all around the building, but now after almost 40 years just remains in the front.
Cannot tell if Troop 97 still exists in Greeneville, which is part of the Nolachuckey District of BSA Sequoyah Council, but at least one of these young men appears to be serving the boys of today in a scouting position.
