This Shelter is located on 2138 W. Carpenter Rd. in Flint
This Shelter has one sign on it in good condition And one Decal Sign inside just past the main entrance. The decal says "IN BASEMENT" and looks like someone tried to take it off. No capacity is listed on the outside sign. I have the Fallout Shelter location map for the flint area. And According to the map, this shelter is only for the occupants of the building. Which makes sense as to why there is no capacity listed. IF that was the standard why of posting signs, then that would explain why alot of the buildings are without numbers in the capacity circle. I will add more information about this shelter when it becomes available.
