"Augusta Tilghman High School, also referred to as Walter C. Jetton Middle School is a large, elongated two story structure located at 401 Walter Jetton Boulevard in Paducah, Kentucky. From the time of its construction in 1920, until 1980, it served as an educational facility for high school and middle school children. In mid-1980s, educational instruction at the facility ceased and Walter C. Jetton School became host to a plethora of community activities and cultural events" - National Register Nomination Form
