This 75 acre cemetery, established in 1904, is the only cemetery in Palo Alto.

Alta Mesa Memorial Park is the final resting place for some famous people, such as David Packard, his wife, Lucile Salter Packard, Fred Terman, and Ernest "Tennessee Ernie" Ford. There are also many centenarians here.
