Bournville is synonymous with Cadbury's chocolate. In 1878, when their city centre factory became too small, the philanthropic Cadbury family, moved the factory to a site 4 miles outside the city and over the years that followed, built an entire village complete with amenities for the factory workers and their families to live in. One such amenity was these public baths, built in 1904, right next to the factory site.
Year of construction: 1904
