Hora Matky Boží (The mountain of the Mother of God) is a hill with a pilgrimage church of Assumption of Mary (1696-1700) and an adjacent monastery. It was originally inhabited by the Servite Order, who were replaced by Redemptorists in 1883. In 1950s, the monastery was used as a concentration camp for priests and monks of various orders. Some of them were not released until 1965. However, the buildings had served mainly as a home for elderly and ill nuns since 1961. Redemptorists returned in 2002.
