One of four stamps for Cape Hatteras NS. Each visitor center has it's own stamp. Most also have a "lighthouse" stamp, however this visitor center does not.

This stamp is the newest in the park having only been received a few weeks earlier (according to the person maning it). It is on a chain and only he can stamp your book (short chain).
