Rimrock Overlook in Allegheny National Forest - Warren, PA - Scenic Overlooks on Waymarking.com

Off Hwy 59, there is a sign for Rimrock overlook. A couple mile drive takes you to the parking lot (N41 50.663 W78 56.764). A short 0.1 mile trail down wooden steps and around boulders take you to the overlook with the view of the reservoir.
A tight staircase with a stainless steel handrail will take you to the bottom of the overlook.
When we were there, a couple were rapelling off the overlook railing.
