On the eastbound side of Route 72 in Chatsworth, in front of Coyle Field, the NJ Forest Fire Service primary facility for aviation maintenance, this Smokey stands guard.

Just off the side of Route 72, in front of the airfield, this Smokey is adorned with an etched wooden sign stated what area he is guarding. Coyle Airfield sits along the highway boundary of Greenwood State Forest.
