This plaque commemorates Lehigh County Veterans of the Spanish American War. The plaque was dedicated by the Daughters of the American Revolution, Liberty Bell Chapter, on 16 November 1904.

The Veterans honored here are companies B and D, 4th Regiment P.V.I.
