Now the administrative offices for the Titusville school system.

From walking tour bulletin: The home was originally built by Charles Maliby, an area oil dealer, then pass through several hands until Josiah Benton upgraded the Italiante design. John Scheide was the last private owner, who added the Tudor Gothic brick-and-stone wing in the back for his library. The library contents and stained glass windows were sent to Princeton University upon his death.

Scheide Park is named for house owner is downtown at N41°37.608 W079°40.6098. (Thanks to uccacher for helping to correct the coordinates for this waymark.)
