Long Description:
Overlook from Powell Mountain down into the Birch River valley is a nice four seasons view. Improvements in US19 allow more traffic to divert along this steep up and down route.

Young's Monument (Waymark WM13C6) is at this overlook.

Geocache GCXTGV "Powell Mountain" is also located here.
