"DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1964 AT VACAVILLE. AT VACAVILLE, AT THE INTERSECTION OF MAIN AND ELIZABETH STREETS, VERTICALLY IN THE NORTH FACE OF A MARBLE COVERED BUILDING (500 MAIN ST.) 1.4 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, AND ABOUT 1 FOOT HIGHER THAN THE SIDEWALK."
