Kids can eat free from the kid's menu on Sundays at the Rancho Bernardo Hooters when Mom or Dad buys an adult meal.
There is not a sign in the window advertising that kids eat free, but the calendar of events on the table have Sundays blocked out as kids eat free days. The West Coast Hooter franchises all have KEF Sundays.
My nephews are still in the "girls are icky phase", but they enjoy eating at Hooters.
