This survey disk is located on the corner of the North Burial Ground in Bristol, Rhode Island, and is next to the entrance gate to the Colt State Park.

In the town of Bristol, Rhode Island, a survey disk is mounted along Hope Street at a corner of the North Burial Ground, near the entrance to the Colt State Park.
To reach the mark, from downtown Bristol, travel north along Hope Street/Route 114 to the junction of Asylum Road on the left, which is the entrance road to the Colt State Park. At this entrance, there is a white gate with two statues of bulls. From this gate, walk approximately 100 feet north along Hope Street to a stone wall and the mark. The mark is mounted on a concrete base right at the stone wall corner, approximately 8 inches above the sidewalk.
The marker has the markings "Rhode Island State Board of Public Roads" along the edge of the disk in addition to a penalty statement. Within the inner circle is embossed, "B. M. No. 441".
The mark is in good condition, with some gouges.
