Planetstien Glyngøre - Durup
Målestok: 1:1 milliard. Dvs. 1 meter på modellen svarer til 1 million kilometer i verdensrummet. Stiens længde ca. 6 km. Med Solen anbragt i Glyngøre med udsyn over Sallingsund følger stien den nedlagte jernbanelinie til torvet i Durup. Solen er lavet i stål og planeterne er udhuggede som halvfigurer i store kampesten af den lokale stenhugger Claus H. Nielsen. Særlig Saturn tager sig flot ud med de forskellige farvenuancer i stenens struktur. På alle oplysningstavler er der et vers på dansk og engelsk om den enkelte planet.

Solen er placeret ved Sallingsund og Omegns Museum i Glyngøre, og den yderste planet- Pluto- står ved torvet i Durup.

Planet path Glyngøre - Durup
Scale: 1:1 billion. Taking one step measuring 1 metre on the Planet path equals moving one million kilometres in the solar system. Length approx. 6 km. With the Sun placed in Glyngøre and great view over Sallingsund it follow the path of the abandoned rail line to the square in Durup. Planets are made by half figures in big boulders. Special Saturn is beautiful with various color shades of the stone structure. In all of the information panels, there is a verse in Danish and English on the planet.
