"DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1963 (CAA) STATION IS LOCATED IN THE EAST SECTION OF GONZALES AND JUST SOUTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF 5TH STREET AND RINCON ROAD. STATION IS A ROUND METAL WATER TANK PAINTED WHITE, HAS GONZALES PAINTED ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF TANK, IS SUPPORTED BY THREE TUBULAR LEGS, HAS RED LIGHT ON TOP AND IS APPROXIMATELY 125 FEET HIGH. POINT INTERSECTED WAS TOP AND CENTER."
