Located in Bedford Ohio this home is in good condition.

The house was painted blue by the previous owners, just before the current owners bought the house. The first winter after being painted the paint fell off of the exterior walls in big sheets, come spring the remainder was removed by pressure washing the house, the only sign of this is that the blue paint stuck to the rubber seals that border each exterior panel. The current owners replaced the windows with triple pain vinyl windows. They also replaced the original furnace with a forced air system. They had to run air ducts through the attic and cut register vents into the ceiling of the rooms. The interior of the house remains in its original color scheme except for the lower kitchen cabinets which were replaced with wooden ones, also the dish/clothes washer was removed and replaced with a regular dishwasher.

The current problem the owner has is the gutters need to be replaced. Without using replacement part this is almost impossible to do because of the way the roof and gutters on the house are designed.
