The entrance to the Greenwood Cemetery is located at the end of Greenwood Road in Orlando, Florida. The memorial is located in the Spanish-American War veterans section in the SE corner of the cemetery.

The memorial is a plus shape with the names Philippine Islands, Cuba, Porto Rico, and U.S.A. written on the "arms". The center is a circle that states "United Spanish War Veterans 1898 - 1902" and shows various service members. The bottom indicates who placed the memorial: Col. Charles P. Lovell Camp No. 18 Aux. No. 10
