Long Description:The jet now stands on a pedestal overlooking Fairy Lake in Acton.
It is placed beside a local park, on the Royal Canadian Legion
Branch #197 property.
The Silver Star is also known as the T-Bird. It is the longest
serving aircraft model in the Canadian Armed Forces. These were
withdrawn from service in 2005.
