This car part sculpture is in the likeness of a horse and is located in the Ithaca Commons area of Ithaca, New York. The horse is made up of a variety of automobile parts, such as legs made of camshafts and driveshafts, its teeth made out of a gear.

Ithaca Commons is located in the center of the city of Ithaca and is a very popular hangout for many of the college students that attend the university located there. The Commons have many unusual attractions for visitors to see, from the Solar System display, sit by me statue, art student works, etc... This horse is located at one end of the Commons and is made up of many automotive parts, from camshafts, driveshafts, frame and suspension parts, just to name a few of the more identifiable ones. There was no plaque located here to identify the creator, however, I am pretty sure it was created by one of the universities art students and was donated to the city for the Commons area.
