The windmill is now a private residence but it still retains its sails. The mill is visible from the main A425 and there is a footpath which runs through the village nearby.

Windows on Warwickshire describe the windmill (visit link)

It dates to around 1835 and originally had 2 common and 2 spring sails and three pairs of stones. By 1900 the sails were no longer being used and was run by steam in 1909. It was repaired in 1972-73 and 4 patent sails were restored with 2 being blown off in a gale January 1976.

There is a red brick tower (tarred) with distinct batter on stone foundations and two adjacent shutter-type sails, an aluminium covered dome cap with windows & acorn finial.
