The Troy meeting house was completed in 1815. In 1856 the meeting house was turned to face the common. (Imagine the work that took!) A square clock rage with octagonal belfry, bell cast dome and this hammered copper weathervane with a green patina may be viewed atop this historic structure. The Weathervane has an arrow and banner design, and is topped off with a "cornstalk" type detail.
