This was once the Rockefeller estate at the top of Canandaigua Lake (Finger Lakes). It is a historic old mansion with grounds to walk and enjoy.

This is day use only but the views are worth the stop.
This was the home of the Rockefeller who went down on the Titanic.
His widow donated adjacent property to become a Veteran's Hospital.
There is a dedicated music room at the entrance.
Grounds included a glass hothouse. It takes a lot of volunteers to maintain this large acreage.
