Penfield Veteran's Memorial in Penfield Town Hall Park.

This is a non specific memorial dedicated to veterans of Penfield that have died in numerous wars. While it is non specific, there is a partial list of wars listed on the back of the plaque dating back to the Civil War.

You can't help but notice the memorial, yet I have never seen anybody stop while in the area to read about the people who gave their lives.

It is small and probably overlooked by many, as the town park is used for soccer, baseball, and concerts. The memorial is placed in the center of a grassy area just next to a shelter. There is plenty of parking nearby, with a few steps from parking to get to the memorial.
