This was the first sculpture erected along Rochester's Art Walk. The plaque says:
"Balance"
Artist: Juan Carlos Caballero-Perez
The first permanent sculpture to be installed along ARTWalk. Created with materials often used by civil engineers, "Balance" speaks of movement, yet stands solidly in one place. Civil engineers thoughtfully evaluate conditions presented to them and then "Balance" their decisions as they seek harmony in their work.
