This tower, at only 84 feet, is taller than almost every other building in Santa Barbara and offers unsurpassed views of the mountains, Pacific coast, and historic downtown.
It is open daily, from 8AM to 4:30PM (the rest of the courthouse remains open to the public until 5PM).
