Long Description:Originally constructed by Frank Gromack in 1946. Mr. Gromack ran a
tractor sales and service business out of it. He retired in the mid
1970's. Passing through several sets of hands until it was finally
sold and converted into a place of residence in the mid 1980's. The
former owners had it on and off the selling block for about five
years until we came along in December 2004. We started w/ being
pre-approved, but when we found this we wound up going to 15
lending institutes before landing a loan. Appraisal was fun.
