A combined project of Rancho Cordova ROTARY and the Co of Sacramento. It is part of a Mather Regional Park and includes a lake, large playground, sheltered picnic area and memorials to Mather AFB and dedicated Rotary paving bricks.

Admission charge is $5 for standard size vehicles. No motorized water craft. Not a swimming lake. Maybe fish. Restrooms.
Walk in and bicycle not charged. Opened aaboout 2005.
