The Building now labeled This is Scorpion Gulch was once known as the South Mountain Trading Post. The Trading Post supposedly operated during the 1940's and part of the 1950's. It has long since been abandoned as the main roads through the City have migrated northward. Across the road from the trading post is an abandoned bar that operated during the 1960's.
