Stow Lake is little more than a shallow moat surrounding Strawberry Hill, a sizable island which is a favorite destination for hikers in Golden Gate Park. This bridge appears to be nearly a century old. It can still handle vehicles but is restricted to non-motorized visitors and official park trucks only.
