The fallout shelter sign can be found on the left side of the building (northwest). The sign does not list the occupancy but it is at the head of the stairwell that leads to the concrete basement.

I was not allowed down in the basement, something about insurance liability, but I am told it could hold about 50 or so people. I am not sure why the sign is still up there but it coincides with the 50s cornerstone which reads 1955 Anno Domini †. You can see this on the right side of the church. I guess that is the "fallout" from the 50s and 60s. The church has a beautiful and up to the minute website which can be found
